Scores not syncing from another coach’s phone

Scoring works offline once a coach has joined the live session. Their scores upload when they have signal. Late scores are accepted for 72 hours after the session closes, until reports or decisions go out to families.

1. Have the coach open the app anywhere with signal. The You’re scoring pill at the bottom of their Home shows how many entries are waiting to send.
2. On your phone, open the tryout’s Score step. Under WHO’S IN, each coach’s device shows Online, Sending, or Offline with a count still to send. Scores appear on their own once they arrive.
3. If they are not listed under WHO’S IN, they never joined. While the session is live and they have signal, they should open the app and tap Join on the LIVE NOW card, or open the tryout’s Score step. Joining needs them to be on staff or an approved scorer.

4. If that didn’t work

   If it is past 72 hours, or families have already been told, the scores are kept on their phone but no longer applied. Contact support with the tryout name and we will look at it.
