I signed in but my team isn’t there

Athlio matches accounts by email address. Apple and Google sign-ins with different addresses, including Apple’s Hide My Email, make two separate accounts.

1. Open the Profile tab. The email shown at the top is the account you are in.
2. If it is not the one you expect, tap Sign out at the bottom.
3. Sign back in with the other provider (Apple if you used Google, or the reverse).
4. If you used Hide My Email with Apple, your account email looks like random@privaterelay.appleid.com. That is normal; sign in with Apple again.

5. If that didn’t work

   If you can’t tell which you used, contact support from the address you think is on the account and we will look it up. We never move a team between accounts without the head coach confirming.
