Signing in, and why there is no password

Athlio uses Apple and Google sign-in only. There is no Athlio password to forget or reset. Use the same provider every time.

1. Open the app and tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
2. On the web, go to athlioapp.com/login and use the same provider.
3. Forgot which you used? Try one; if your team is not there, sign out and try the other.

4. If that didn’t work

   If your Apple ID or Google account itself is locked, that reset happens with Apple or Google, not with us. Once you are back in there, Athlio signs in as before.
