These terms govern your use of Athlio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Using Athlio
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including profiles you create for your players. You agree to use Athlio only for lawful purposes connected to youth baseball and softball.
Accounts for minors
A parent or guardian must create and manage profiles for players. Players under 13 may not have their own login. Players 13 and older may have a login in order to participate in team and group chats, subject to these terms.
Listings and content
Coaches and directors are responsible for the accuracy of the teams, tryouts, tournaments, pickups, and lessons they post. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant Athlio a license to display it within the service. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
Messaging conduct
Team and group chats are owned by the coach or team manager, who may add or remove members. Be respectful. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or put the safety of young athletes at risk.
Paid plans
Coach and Club plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
Athlio is provided “as is.” We do not vet teams, coaches, or organizations, and families are responsible for their own decisions about participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
