Cancel or change Coach Pro

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google Play, not inside Athlio. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

1. Shortcut: Profile › Coach Pro › Manage subscription opens the store’s subscription page for you.
2. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Athlio. Choose another plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
3. On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Athlio, and choose Cancel subscription.

4. If that didn’t work

   Nothing inside Athlio can cancel for you; Apple and Google require it to be done in their settings. Not seeing Athlio in Subscriptions? You are signed into a different Apple ID or Google account than the one that bought it. Deleting your Athlio account does not cancel billing; cancel first.
