Delete your account

Deleting removes your profile, your messages, and any player only you look after. A shared player passes to their other guardian. A head coach decides what happens to each team first: hand it to a coach on staff, or release it. Teams are never deleted with your account.

1. In the app, open Profile and scroll to Delete my account and all data.
2. Decide what happens to each team you own: Hand it to someone on staff, or Release the team. A released team is frozen for good, but families keep their roster, evaluations and reports.
3. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm. You must have signed in within the last 10 minutes.
4. On the web, sign in at athlioapp.com/account and choose Delete account. You get one email confirming the account was deleted.

5. If that didn’t work

   Deleting does not cancel Coach Pro billing; cancel it first. Want to hand a team over without deleting? Team › Settings › Transfer ownership offers it to another coach, who must accept. Exactly what is deleted, and the few records we must keep, are in the Privacy Policy.
