Send decisions and progress reports
After a tryout or an evaluation, each family can get their decision and, with Coach Pro, a report of their player’s scores and what to work on. It goes by email or app, whichever the family has.
- Open the tryout’s Decision Board (or a team evaluation’s Send step).
- Anyone still Not yet is named above Email all, which lights up once everyone has a decision.
- Turn on Player reports and choose what every report includes: Skill scores, Group comparison, Change since last time, Work on, notes and comments.
- Tap Review & Send, then Send. Families who turned off tryout emails are skipped and their row says Not emailed — turned off tryout emails.
If that didn’t work
A family says they never got it: check their row. Ask them to search their mail for “Athlio” and check spam. Re-send appears on a row only when the decision changed after it went out.
