Coach Pro covers 1, 2 or 3 teams per seat; covering more teams costs less per team. Plans are 6 months or yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
One subscription. The whole staff.
Open Profile › Coach Pro in the app, or any Pro door on a tryout. Pick how many teams the seat covers, choose 6 months or yearly, and confirm with Apple or Google Play. After checkout, choose which team each seat covers. Every coach and manager on a covered team gets Pro from that moment; they do not need their own.
Billing, receipts, renewals and cancellation live in your Apple or Google account, never with Athlio. A subscription you stop keeps working until the period you paid for ends. Bought Pro on one phone and not seeing it on another? Restore purchases in the app, or see the Help Center.
Pricing questions coaches ask.
What does Athlio cost?
Nothing to start. A coach sets up a team, posts tryouts, collects sign-ups, runs the roster, schedule, chat and practice plans free, with no card. Coach Pro, the tryout-day and evaluation tools, is a subscription of 6 months or a year, priced by how many teams it covers (1, 2 or 3). The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
Does every coach on my staff need Coach Pro?
No. One Coach Pro covers the whole team: every coach and manager on a covered team can score tryouts and evaluations from their own phone. You choose which team each seat covers after checkout.
What is the difference between 6 months and yearly?
Six months covers one season of tryouts and evaluations; it renews every six months. Yearly covers fall and spring and is a little cheaper than two seasons.
How do I pay, cancel or get a refund?
Coach Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play, and Apple or Google handles billing, receipts, renewals and cancellation in your account settings. Refunds go through Apple or Google as well; the Help Center explains how to ask.
Do families pay anything?
No. Signing up for a tryout, joining a team, reading reports and the schedule, and the family portal at athlioapp.com are free for families.
Is there a free trial of Coach Pro?
The free plan is not time-limited, so you can set up the team, post the tryout and collect sign-ups before deciding. Scoring, the ranked board, evaluations and reports start when Coach Pro does.
