Report a safety concern

Reports about a person, a conversation, a coach or a child’s safety are read by a person. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

1. For a message: in a one-to-one chat, tap ··· at the top, then Report, and choose a reason. From a message request, tap Report & Block.
2. For anything else: use Contact support, choose A safety concern, and tell us the team name and what happened. Screenshots help.
3. A person reads it and may contact you for more detail.

4. If that didn’t work

   If it is about a message, the in-app Report gets it to us fastest. For anything urgent, say so in the first line of your message.
