Accounts for players 13–17

For familiesUpdated October 2026

A teen can have their own login, set up and agreed to by a parent. They see their team and schedule, and can message you, their other guardians, and their coaches if you allow it. Progress reports and contact details stay with the parent.

  1. Open Profile, tap the player’s card, choose Edit card, and under their own login tap Let them manage their own profile. It only appears for players aged 13 to 17.
  2. Confirm you are their parent or guardian and tap Send invite. They get an email with a Claim your profile link, good for 14 days, and sign in with Apple or Google. They must enter a date of birth that matches.
  3. Once they claim it they have a managed account tied to yours. Any bio or photo change they make comes to you to approve. Coaches can message them only if you turn on Let coaches message on the same card; it is off to start.
  4. Remove their access at any time with the unlink button next to Signed in, then Remove access.
  5. If that didn’t work

Players under 13 cannot have their own login. Everything for them runs through the parent’s account, by design.
