Who can see my child’s information

For familiesUpdated October 2026

A player’s details are visible to the coaches and manager of the teams that player is on, and to the parents and guardians on the player’s card. Nothing about a player is shown to anyone signed out. If you choose to list a player aged 14 or over in player search, coaches of established teams can find a limited card: first name and last initial, age, positions and city.

  1. Coaches on the team see the player’s name, positions, birth year, photo and your email, plus your mobile number unless you turn off Share my mobile with coaches in your account.
  2. Other families on the team see the player’s name and photo in chat and on the roster, not your contact details.
  3. The public team page never lists players.
  4. To manage who is a parent or guardian, open Profile, tap the player’s card, then Edit card › Parents & guardians. The primary parent can remove a co-parent there. For a listed player, Who viewed this profile shows which coaches opened it in the last 30 days.
  5. If that didn’t work

Tryout sign-ups are seen by the coaches running that tryout only. If a coach you did not sign up with contacts you, tell us.
